In this sense, the aim of this study was to show that physical education teachers are responsible for implementing the ❤️ practice of sports in a fun and playful way to their students, encouraging them to spend less time in front ❤️ of TV and computer, proving that regular sports positively influences the lives of adolescents and adults by preventing physical diseases ❤️ such as obesity and psychological such as depression.

Theoretical treatises about the topic are many, because it perceives a major concern ❤️ with the quality of life that teenagers have had.

Based on the authors cited, it is possible to observe in social ❤️ life and in adolescent health, the improvements obtained by the regular practice of sports.

Estudos enfatizam um crescimento agravante de obesidade ❤️ nas crianças e adolescentes, problemas estes que estão ligados ao sedentarismo.

Neste sentido, o objetivo deste estudo foi mostrar que os ❤️ professores de Educação Física são incumbidos de implantar a prática de esportes de uma maneira divertida e lúdica aos seus ❤️ alunos, incentivando-os a passar menos tempo na frente da TV e do computador, comprovando que a prática regular de esportes ❤️ influencia positivamente na vida dos adolescentes e adultos prevenindo doenças físicas como a obesidade e psicológicas como a depressão.
